Stately Sniffs the Web: ANIMAL HEROES

Hi kids! Stately here and I’m sniffing the web out for pet tips, stories, and videos- just for you! Animals are wonderful companions and best friends. But, sometimes they can be more than just a best friend; they can be a hero too.

Hero Police Dog

Police dogs put their lives on the line to protect us everyday.

Canine Officer Monty

This is a wonderful tribute to Officer Monty, a best friend who was also a police dog.

Search and rescue dogs are the silent heroes who help find lost people and pets.

These dogs helped saved a lot of people during the tragedy in New York City on September 11th, 2001.

Dog Fights Off Deadly Snake

This heroic family dog fought off a poisonous snake to protect his best friend, a three year old boy.

NYC Hero Dog

This dog protected his mother from cars and even from police officers after she was hit by a car. But, his mom was OK and only suffered from a broken leg.
