Larry Kay, President & Creator. Award-winning producer, writer, and designer of children’s media, his credits include Disney, The Muppets, The Pink Panther, Freddi Fish. He holds a M.S. in Telecommunications from The Newhouse School at Syracuse University, a B.A. from the University of California Berkeley, and taught in NYU’s film & television school.

Daniel J. Kim, COO/CFO. Business executive with over 10 years of financial and operational management experience working with technology startups, new media companies and leading venture capitalists. He began his professional career as an investment banker with Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette and JP Morgan. He graduated with highest honors from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Ari Engelberg, Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Founder of Stamps.com, the first internet postage company. He is a venture philanthropist who helped launch Ethos Water, now owned by Starbucks. He holds a J.D. and M.B.A. from UCLA, and a B.A. from University of California Berkeley. He is Chairman of Bright Star Schools.
